That warm startup is almost identical to the MK3 Audi TT RS, specially the 2018 version. Definitely one of the best features. Almost every single car, including the really expensive ones, have a 1 or 2 note sound.

Some cons I have questions about: -How much do the extra police electronics affect the range? ICE cop cars need bigger alternators to run the electronics they pull so much power. -How much does driving this thing hard affect the range? When you brake hard the EV cant recover energy from momentum like it would when braking normally as its lost to friction. -Did they put armor onto the lithium cells? I have seen hundreds of chase videos where the cruiser is totaled or suffers significant undercarriage damage from bumps and a lithium fire is much more hazardous than a gas fire. -Are they going to buy 2 squads for each cop so that way one squad can sit on the charger for an hour while they use the other? Or just let them take an hour break or better yet just use an ICE cruiser in the mean time? Credit where its due: +The 0-60 seems to be better than the police interceptor util +The center of gravity is more ideal for pits and cornering plus it definitely gets better traction Nothing about this seems practical at all for EMS use. Even if you only ran non emergency traffic cop type stuff there are more practical options to spend tax dollars on. This tech needs to cook much longer before it can find any practicality as a police cruiser.
